Argh! yes, deep green v myrtle, must have been a senior moment.


I have never had trouble of that type.

Yes, I was guessing it had probably had a long exposure to sunlight
and the ink had broken down.

The Machin series is extremely complex, thus the large specialised
catalogues that deal with them.
Indeed, I'll wave the white flag on this lot.

Is there a list anywhere detailing a "short set" collectors may wish to
aspire to?
