Navigate to "St John at the latin Gate"
that's him in the boiling cauldron of hot oil,
(from which he stepped unharmed, BTW)

First of all this has absolutely nothing to do with the original post.
The only way I can post to the newsgroup is tag on to someone else's
post.
Things are not going my way and I am having a really bad time in spite
of help offered by my good friend Tracy Barber. His advice is the same
as it has been for years, kiss AOL goodbye as well as Google.
As much as I respect his advice I am just too tired to go through all
the misery of changing servers etc.
Now another real problem: I feel that now is the time to put an end to
my stamp collecting. I abosutely hate being taken advantage of and
that is just what is happening with what I am collecting. There are so
many stamps being issued not for postage but for collectors, at a
highly inflated price.
I have several issues that need a stamp to complete but the price is
more than I care to pay,
Case in point: I need Saudi Arabia and UAE 25th aniversary of the GCC
to complete the set. Both are out in SS imperforate. Saudi SS is $16
US and UAE is $8.US. Neither is going to be used for postage. I don't
like SS either and more and more are being issued.
Oh well, it was fun while it lasted.
For the time being I will be lurking and may jump in a discussion
along the way.
