Thanks for that, Les.
She says the "only real problem" with the book is its secondary market
price. She neglected to mention an equally serious problem: the book is
"perfect-bound" within a hard cover, makings its pages extremely susceptible
to individually tearing out like so many pages in a school pad.
I am still concerned that the book is still under copyright protection.
