Note: I'm a cent fan. I'm also a $1 coin fan. I have some on order from the
mint with free shipping that I intend to hand out in change and I've ordered
promotional supplies from the mint too. But if it were strictly $1 coins it
would be one big PIA. I say keep the note and the copper(zinc).
There's no reason to use so many dollar coins if you also use $2 bills.
