[ANN] New location for Coin Collecting FAQ

The Coin Collecting FAQ written by r.c.c participants in the mid-1990s
(and occasionally updated since then) is moving to new URLs:
http://www.telecoins.com/faq.html (part 1, What's It Worth)
http://www.telecoins.com/faq2.html (part 2, Collecting and Investing)
http://www.telecoins.com/gloss.html (part 3, Glossary)
This change is due to an agreement to transfer the old domain,
telesphere.com, to a company that is not involved with coins. While the
FAQ can presently be accessed at both the old and new locations, the
domain transfer will be completed in mid-April 2007. If links to any of
these documents are included in any web content you maintain, please
update them now.
If you'd like to suggest updates to the FAQ or to contribute new
material, I'll be able to work on it after the domain transfer has been
completed.
