Yep, you are right!
I am on a 18.1'' Sony monitor and I am thinking to upgrade to a 21''
wide.
LG has a model (L204WT) at a good price which is not top of the line but
nevertheless a decent monitor with a very attractive price: 20.1'' wide,
299
euros...

Be careful not to buy a flat screen monitor that's too big as they have
an
optimum viewing angle and if you buy one that's too big you will have to
wiggle your head about sometimes to get the best view of some parts of
the
screen, I have a19" and would never get a bigger one. Billy

You are right Billy but 20'' or 21'' is non considered "big" these days;-)
I read that 24'' are the next to be introduced for...home users!
I suppose the monitor industry is targeting those who are looking their
DVDs
on a PC's monitor and of course the gamers...
But for me a big monitor is indispensable, I am an architect and a big
monitor is essential for CAD applications...
