Truly this is by far the worst 1909 S VDB I have ever seen. I'll post a
picture today so you can see it. I'll give it an ultrasonic bath
I recently bought an ultrasonic cleaner, in hopes of cleaning the dark
'grease' spots off of circulated pennies and cleaning 'car money' (money
from the bottom of the cup holder, that has been cemented together by
'gunk'. Some badly corroded. > Haven't had much luck, so far.
So what experience are you having? I've wanted one for my metalworking
shop and am curious how it'd do on filthy coins (nothing collectable of
course).
How do you do it?
Yes please Wes, can you educate us?
