Hi all ,
this is weird but we need to know who Michael ng is and if he should be
allowed to continue to post herein.
There is something just not right herein and we need to get to the
truth. Also as a matter of policy and un-connected thereto should
disturbed people be allowed to post in our honorable newsgroup?
Otherwise we should all get along and be here now and not sweat the
small stuff.

Umm, who put you in charge of this nut house?

JAM

I was declared a Head Up of RCC in court papers that were sworn to be
true. Thus, I must be in charge of this nuthouse. I declare the
original poster a troll, Michael's reply to be troll chow (Though
forgiven, since he was provoked and the post got through my filters as
well), and I declare JAM's question to be out of order.

Bruce (Did I just exceed my authority as Head Up? :-) )

Oops, spoke too soon. I undeclare the Original poster trollness! I
mistyped in google and it looked like a first post. I thought sure I
remembered the author and went back and looked.

In my own defense, that was a rather trollish question. Apologies.

So you deserve a straight answer. This is an unmoderated newsgroup,
pretty much anybody can post pretty much anything here. Most ISPs will
filter out binary posts, but for the rest you're on your own.

The only way to stop someone from posting here is to get him/her
TOSsed by their ISP. And even that is only temporary, anybody can get
a new net provider in less than a day.

You may killfile, ridicule, or ignore someone as you choose.

We're a very large club and some members simply don't get along.
Sometimes, I kill a thread even though it's got intelligent posters.
Sometimes, I killfile intelligent posters for a week or so because
they're in a pissing contest. I imagine others do the same.

Again, my apologies to Julia.
