Yes, it's on. No problem here knowing how to round. I am just not sure how
the American public will take to rounding. But since we already round when
figuring 1/2% taxes, I am sure they could get used to it.
I think rounding to the nearest nickel would work. To the nearest dime, and
I am not so sure. To the nearest half dollar or dollar and I am sure there
will be a fight.
I want the cent gone. They are worth next to nothing and only good for
paying that odd $0.06 in a cash total. Since I only spend cash at McDonalds
and WANT the change in return so I can go through it...
Anyway. Your graphic is not lost on me and is a cleaver way to teach
rounding to Joe-six-pack.
