You mentioned PayPal twice. Did you mean PayPal & eBay?

Have you asked them why? Have they given you an acceptable reason why
they want it shipped elsewhere? If not, demand one. Have them verify
their identity to you with a copy of their driver's license or some
other information to give you some confidence before completing the
deal. They should (if honest) be understanding that you want to be
very careful because of the address discrepancy. You appear to be
very inexperienced with eBay (unless you have multiple accounts), with
feedback of only 2, and a member just 13 months, so you have a valid
reason to be cautious.

Really? Hasn't bought a coin since October? Wow, that's a whole week!
But you'd better check again. They've actually won 15 coin auctions
since October. They've been high bidder on around 50 coin auctions in
the last month, and have received 37 positive feedbacks and ZERO
negative feedbacks in that time. A hijacked account would probably
have shown some negatives already.

Really? Check again. They have won 40 coin auctions since October.
They've won over 100 coin auctions in the last month, received
positive feedback on 78 and negative on 2 in that time. Again, no
clear indication they've been hijacked.

They both did. And they both seem to collect similar series. There
indeed may be a connection between the two, but since they've both
been active for a while with no serious warning signs yet on their
feedback, I wouldn't call in the FBI just yet. Your best action is to
make direct contact with the buyer (call him) and check him out that
way.
