17 months ago, I bid and won some live eBay auctions ( auctionsneapolitan )
with similar or exactly the same shipping instructions. One email to the
UPS store with the auction number(s) and my location and one reply and it
was a done deal, for between $5-$10 total shipping costs. I won at least
two separate auctions, maybe more, and other than the uncertainty I felt
because I was in unfamliar territory the whole thing was painless. The
email reply was friendly and reassuring and the shipment was fast and
efficient.
