Re: Auction Terms

I've worked in sales for many years. The secret to success is to make the
customer feel valued. Even today, as a Quality Engineer, I still use sales
techniques. When I am at a business performing a quality systems audit,
they could have the worst system in the world, but I tell them in such a way
that they are very happy to make the changes I suggest for them.
The ultimate diplomat is one who can tell someone to go to h--l in such a
way so that they are looking forward to the trip.
