A good resource to get a market value of a book is www.abebooks.com

Hi,
I am new to this group. I was wondering where on net I could at
least roughly determine the fair value of a book that has been kept in
my family for many years.
The book is "War of the Jews", written in ghotic German, German
translation from the year 1552 of the important work of Josephius
Flavius ("De bello Judaico" in 7 parts). We know that the book is
rather valuable not only because of almost 500 years since it was
written but also mainly because of its illustrations contained in it.
Is there on net a search engine where the value could be roughly
determined ? Or a place on net where to contact with dealers to value
it ? Or a place on net worth recommending where prosp. buyers and
sellers can meet ?
Thanks for any info
Regards
Tom
