Random House Review Slip -- In which book does it belong?

Hello all. Group newbie here. I've a question I've just posed to Random
House but have little hope of getting a reply.
OK, so in the last move, I was horrified to find a review slip at the bottom
of a box that carried four collectible Capote titles ranging from 1948
(Other Voices, Other Rooms, 1st state) to 1987 (Answered Prayers), as well
as a '69 Angelou first (I Know Why...) and a '98 Doctorow first (Lives of
the Poets).
One would think that if it was in Other Voices I'd have remembered, so it's
probably not that one, dang the luck.
The slip measures 2-3/4" x 5", it's of high-quality off-white paper,
probably 50#, and the ink is blue. I've scanned it and uploaded it to
http://provoicetracks.com/rh_review_slip.jpg.
Any guesses as to its age or age range?
Regards,
Brian
