Do you know this book:
*Billiards, bowling, table tennis, pinball, and video games : a
bibliographic guide* / compiled by Robert R. Craven.
Westport, Conn. : Greenwood Press, 1983.
That's the only billiards bibliography I could find. Seems like you should
publish your bibliography.
