Implying you can replace them in X years?
In my opinion, this is not a good strategy. Depending on location,
"X" will vary from 2 to 15 years, and who will be around to replace
the bolts in the future? You?
In addition, who will be monitoring and testing the bolts to
determine what "X" should be?
