No, no, no, this is just chat around the fire like Krishnan said, no
one here is angry. I'm just sharing my experience, that's right, don't
get it confused with any kind of authority on the matter. I am just a
fledgling, but I feel I'm entitled to share my experience, since I did
in fact, rebuild my back, restrengthen my core, through specific yoga
poses. Do I care if anyone else is not willing to make that committment
towards that system? No. Did I ever say that the way I did it was thee
WAY and ONLY way? Using the weights, rowing ( I do sea-kayaking and
this is really good too), martial arts (did anyone see Ong Bak: Thai
Warrior? Frikkin amazing- I love the one shot moves that drops the big
guys flat), Pilates, etc.
"I don't think yoga," "Just don't angrily insist that since I haven't
had extensive experience learning set theory by doing yoga I am not
entitled to evaluate the question in a different way."- Thor
You most certainly can theorize about this all you want. But don't be
upset if someone rebuts your theory with hard proof.
