Great house. We once got a little closer than I would have liked
coming into Newport in pea soup fog (pre electronic navigation) but
were literally "saved by the bell". There was another newspaper
article about it a few years ago, can't remember if it was the NYT or
WSJ.
You and me both - damn good thing that clapper is there. :>)
Great striper and blue fishing off that if you can avoid the morons
coming in and out of Newport.
You guys have morons up there? Some would have you believe that we
only have them in the south. :-)
