Hehehe. I guarantee that my desktop machine is perfectly clean, no trojans new or used, no spyware, no virii, no bombs, no spyware. I'm not the one who posts here with endless "unsolvable" computer problems, or the inability to use simple, everyday programs.
Besides, what you do with a used machine you are taking in is first wipe it clean and I don't mean just a format. Then you install a clean OS, update it and then you install a fresh anti-vi/spyware package. And then you are ready to install the software you will use from distribution CDs or DVDs, or from certified backup.
