Chuck, the references to the 'trash', 'snarks', and other name-calling

which is enjoyable.

You are easily able to see which comments are directed towards a few
posters over here. A little moderation wouldn't hurt.

You could, of course, say that the name-calling is non-specific. But,
we
both know better, especially when the same individual comes over here
and
starts citing individuals.

Other than that, I think the idea is great.

There has been very little of that, and it hasn't recurred- at least
that I have noticed- for at least a little while now.

Hey, nothing is perfect; but there are certain groups that have more
insults thrown in 10 minutes than we've seen in 45 days.

I just checked back to see if a certain party had any further comment
expounding on his charge that people are being moderated according to
their political beliefs, and moderated by a guy who "plays dirty". As
you have observed, so far nobody has been moderated at all. We
disagree whether there were one or two posts that could or should have
been. That's expected; two reasonable adults will hold different
opinions sometimes- but we can hold diverse opinions without reverting
to grammar school behavior... and as you notice- you and I are doing
just that.

As there are apparently no additonal comments on this matter from the
party to whom I was alerted this morning, I'll bid rec.boats adieu for
now. :-)

Glad to hear the name-calling has stopped. I agree that adults can hold
differing opinions. But the name-calling isn't necessary.

Nor are your lies about it.

Herring and company keep proving what I said in my original post to this
thread.- Hide quoted text -
