Let's say you're getting quotes from 3 roofers. The proposals are
identical in terms of materials and ideas, and the prices are so close
that it doesn't matter. On the first visit to check out the roof, one of
them immediately calls you "ol' buddy", and it never stops. Do you remove
that person from the candidate list?
