OT: Anniversary Shopping

Bill McKee just reminded me that I need to go shopping for my wife for
tonights anniversary! Do you think West Marine is open? Does getting
something for the boat and a card for my wife count as a get out jail free
card or do I have to buy her something from a jewlery store? I got myself
the handheld VHF for xmas, maybe I should have saved that for her
anniversary present.

You know, I got one of those do these pants make me look fat questions the
other day. Apparently my dearly beloved bought anniversary wedding bands.
She wanted to know if I would like that. Hell, I didn't know that there was
anything wrong with my original wedding band. What the hell do I need
another wedding band for? Yes, dear, anniversay bands would be very nice; I
can't wait to wear mine. Sheesh, the things we have to say just to keep the
chill out of the house!

Why not a second battery for the boat with an A/B/All/off switch? Or ...
