You can also use the marina pool.

We have seen them all along the Lake and around the islands including
Johnson Island and South Bass Island. Several of our neighbors have summer
houses on Johnson Island.

My wife's father built a house on the Lake in the 1960's. He passed away
shortlly before we got married. My wife's Mom sold it in the early 1980's
for just under $150,000. The house had a deep front and back yard, complete
with outside pool.

The house sold for around $400,000 about 15 years later and a new 4,000+
square foot house sits in its place....market value of over $1 million. The
same story all along the shoreline in Bay Village and Avon Lake, with some
homes well over $4 million.

Sam Sheppards house (the movie "The Fugitive" was based on the murder case
against him http://crime.about.com/od/history/p/sheppard_sam.htm ) in Bay
Village was torn down in the mid '90's with a mansion built on the property.
