What a crock. You must spend half your day looking for ways to try to justify each and every screw-up of the Bush mis-administration. OR perhaps you just subscribe to the GOP Talking Them Down Points of the Day.

It is an ENORMOUS budget deficit, one almost entirely the fault of the Bush mis-administration. Period.
