However, anyone who had followed me around this winter during which I've

Hi Roger;

I agree that my first post was harsh.
However....... when I experinced my first 220VAC lower back strike.
you know the kind where the only thing you can do is "gasp for A
breath before as your legs give way and you crumple on the floor in
the fetus position" back pain? This happended at age 44 or so. again
once a summer 51-52-53 yo.. Im 6'02 and decended from a long line of
welfare backs. I thought I was in good shape too. Boy was i wrong !
the only thing that was a cure for me was flat on the cold hardwood
floor, back down, knees up, feet flat on the floor and a six pack to
sip. Oh and two weeks that way. then and only then i was able to
walk around with a heavy port list.

here is some more harsh advice Roger. you took my advice as you have
many other pearls of wisdom found here. You smiled, nodded, and
ignored it all. stupid ***.

GO TALK TO A PHYSICAL THERAPIST. GET REHABED AND AND GET A
PLAN ! ! ! any thing else is condimiing yourself to a life of DENIAL
and agony.

Oh, on another note. Congradulate me. I submitted my original
application for AB and Master under 100grt near coast ;) at my loal
REC.
Maybe Il start a coffee import business .....hell if SKip can do i can
too. I notced a bunch of UNOLS AB jobs http://www.unols.org/jobs/jobs/index.html
maybe I can work on one of your designs......?
