scopes vs. binoculars

I own three binos: Papilios, Celestron Bak 4 Marine, and Roof Phase
Coated Elite by Wolfcamera, and they have similar quality image,
slightly better for the last one.

Now, in order to get similar quality in scopes, what kind of money/
models should I consider. I thought of these two, wildly different in
price, or perhaps something in between...
