So this robin made a next on my porch...

Hi everyone! I've never posted here before, but I thought it might be
a good place to get some advice.

A robin, over the past few days, has built a nest on my porch...right
on the railing next to the house! It was pretty fascinating to watch
the building process. Yesterday there was a little blue robin's egg in
the next, and the bird has been sitting on it since yesterday
afternoon. When I go outside, it either stays in the nest and watches
me or flies to the bushes next to the porch to watch.

My question is this: do you think it would be helpful to try to leave
any food for the bird near the nest, or is it better to just leave well
enough alone? I'm sure the bird can take care of itself, but...well, I
dunno. I just like to help if I can.
