BABY BB II, Mom making new nest!!!!

I posted earlier that I had seen 3 babies, well this AM, I saw another
baby. So, this means there are really 4 baby Bluebirds. One seems to be
less mature than the other three. Could one have hatched later than the
others? Mama Bluebird is now gathering nesting material to make a new
nest, while still feeding the four babies. Isn't she rushing things?
