Dos software called PLOVER still available?

I saw on some old listings that there used to be a listing software
called PLOVER. Looks like the original company is out of business?
This was software that was based on the DOS computer operating system.
Does anyone still have a copy? Is the list of species up to date or
hopelessly out of date?
