Regardless, waterboarding is torture, it's evil and people who support
it as avidly as Mark Hickey did are evil. People who accept it, or
offer rhetorical games to try to pretend it's OK perhaps to accept it
are scary, and to a certain extent complicit.

So draw your line where you want it.

An alternative explanation (the one I tend to) is the Mark Hickey does not have a clue about torture and what the US government has done, and just swallowed the neo-con propaganda hook, line and sinker.

Idiotic cluelessness is not evil in intent.
