Where does Apple claim that the aluminum body is used as a heat sink?
As far as I can tell, that's just wishful thinking in this thread.
It's unlikely that any computer presses an external metal frame firmly
against the main chip to act as a heat sink.
If they did that it would burn a hole in your leg. The machine actually
has two fans in it, although apparently Apple use slower-moving fans
with more blades at lower rpm so they are a bit quieter.
