My current gearing is 44-32-22 rings on a Ritchey crank with an ISIS

I've just realised the bigger ring is buckled so have decided to start
shopping for a new set up after all. (When I replaced the BB recently as
discussed here I was happy enough and had decided to stick with it). I
have changed my mind as the more I read about ISIS BBs and loaded
touring the less I like the idea and the more annoyed I am at being sold
that set up years ago.
Assuming I stick with my current derailleurs (Campag racing T triple)
what would you recommend (NOT Shimano) for a touring bike triple
replacement?
Since I have Chorus ergos (9 spd) what are my options if I go for a
campag chorus crank triple set to get a similar gearing range? If I do
go for these what would you recommend (outside of Phil Wood) for a BB
that will be bomb proof and long lasting?
Unfortunately I simply hate the look of the newer Sugino cranks
recommended here:

I had liked the idea of the TA cranks but they are simply too expensive.
Take a Campy Centaur (Alloy, carbonones won't work for this) or Veloce
square-taper compact double, like so:

Or maybe a Sugino Alpina, which looks more traditional than the XD:

Add an IRD 36t Triplelizer ring:

Then a 24t granny.
