wanted: Source for 24" clincher road rims

I am trying to sell a Junior road bike. Although I have a bunch of
interest, especially from smaller adults, it seems that they balk at the
tubular tires. I have searched the i-net for days for a source of 24"
clincher rims however have not found anything yet. Anyone have a lead? I
am not real keen on spending time building wheels, but I do want to be able
to provide a source to prospective buyers.
