That Lowe's flashlight, again

picked up another one, this time to stick in the glovebox of my car. Yes, it still has the "60x brighter" label on the package; however, the LEDs seem to be pretty variable. The new one seems decidedly purple, as opposed to the first one I bought which is darn near daylight white, which blew me away when I first tried it. This one, less so. I can't tell which is brighter because of the color difference, but they're at least comparable in that regard. I guess not being picky about LEDs is part of what allows Lowe's to sell them so cheap.
Off topic, I had a bad Lowe's day yesterday, aside from being disappointed in my new flashlight I also picked up a dehumidifier that is bad out of the box (runs constantly regardless of setting.) Doesn't help that I don't have a Lowe's nearby (I stopped at one about 40 miles away from my house because I was in the area, and hate shopping at Home Depot.)
