The left hand flange would have to match the right hand flange distance
from the centre line I guess, making the flanges only about 37mm apart.
Seems wrong to me but what do you reckon.

That would make for a very narrow bracing angle, which could result in
a weak wheel. Some brands - like Ritchey - have moved the non-drive
side flange in a bit, and combined that with an asymmetric rim, to get
very close to a "dishless" wheel without excessive narrowness.
And now, all the RBT regulars, who know more about wheels than I do,
will step in to correct my egregious errors.
