You are getting a high quality spin bike with a fully functional PT on
it - which is about as accurate as you are gonna need. The flywheel is
heavy so will spin up easily - but the power reading will be spot on.

We use these bikes for all sorts of power based training and I love
them.

That engine was originally from some Asian market scooter, and has a massive flywheel that can be machined to remove over a pound of weight from the outside diameter. ...
