But 650B isn't some new standard which may or may not "catch on". It's
an old standard which faded from common usage long ago. (As the guy
said in Jurassic Park, "The dinosaurs had their shot".)

IMO, 650C (in it's current incarnation) is far more beneficial to at
least one audience, riders of short stature seeking a road frame with
conventional geometry, than 650B is to >any< audience.
