Blogspot makes direct contact with any sort of administrator virtually
impossible. However, I have dinked around with their site, and have
established a user account there. Using that account, I was able to
send the following message to their helpdesk (you can only do it via a
submission form...no e-mail address supplied):

I am an active participant in Usenet, specifically rec.bicycles.tech.
This newsgroup has been subject to daily (often, several times per day)
bouts of spam from a blogspot user advertising
http://highracers.blogspot.com. Examples are as follows:
http://tinyurl.com/dyn5p
http://tinyurl.com/bmznp
http://tinyurl.com/abqd7

Although the content of this blog is objectionable, and may violate the
AUP terms vis-a-vis stalking/harassing, it is the spamming of Usenet
that concerns me, and several other posters, the most. Please take any
steps you deem necessary.

Thank you,
SYJ

Perhaps if any other posters with blogspot accounts could do likewise,
we could put this moron to rest. It may also be possible to send a
similar email directly to google support, as they are Blogspot's parent
entity.
