I'm using a front wheel and use only perpendicular cuts as well as
they can be made with a parting saw. That's difficult enough. I'm
re-spoking to an old rim now. I don't plan to ride this down any
mountain descents at breakneck speeds but merely around the block to
demonstrate what has been discussed as rim forces and wheel
integrity with respect to spoke tension.

We'll see.
