English group.

Because there is technically no such thing as an "American" news group.
The closest hierarchy is us.* and it's propagated to full feeds every
where.

American news group is a meaningless term akin to an earth centered
universe.

The above is simply not true.

Quite a statement from a guy who don't [doesn't] know computers.

Quite a statement from a guy who doesn't know grammar.

A newsgroup will become whatever and whoever
is posting to it. The English have their own groups as do we Americans.

I addressed that.

Who knows what you addressed since I do not see it in front of me.

Language itself is a critical component to all newsgroups. Whoever heard
of
a g.d. Frenchman on an English speaking newsgroup?

Spend some time over in soc.culture.french. Nice bilingual FAQ.
Computers, as hunk of metal, don't discriminate except as programmers
tell them.

There is very little bilingual crap on Usenet. Who in their right mind
would ever want to bother with French, a treasonous language for traitors to
the West.

Eugene Miya is a one worlder. This is the most despicable species to ever
have evolved on this earth. All one worlders should be taken out and
stoned
to death. This would get rid of the world's liberals and peace mongers to
boot. Oh happy day!

No, while sort of true (same air, same wate)
it's because unlike you I'm not a white guy.

Then you are no doubt a liberal for sure. White guys most likely have to
take care of you and your ilk under the rubric of social welfare.
