DirecTV claims to be "still negotiating" but I think they've given up.
Versus has an ad for Lombardia on their web page but it's not actually
in the schedule, I'll be switching before then unless it comes back.

There is a note Directv posted on the versus channel when you click on it.
The channel itself is not gone, but it has a message on the channel header
for users to please read about Comcast. The note they posted says bascially
they are being held hostage by Comcast outrageous demands. I've done a
little reading and checking around, and I guess really what is going on here
is that DirecTV doesn't want to bow to Comcast for some reason. I don't
think its about how Comcast is charging DirecTV cause others like Dish are
not complaining I guess. I don't know about all the problems, but I am
betting this is not a money issue but some kind of pissing contest. However,
for the moment there are no shows on Versus.
