Yeah, but hitting someone in the knee cap with a tire pump is not been

Kneecapping is too crude for Lance, who has to maintain an image for
his Livestrong cancer campaign. What he actually did was hire the
world's best shaman (he has a rainbow jersey to prove it) to make it
rain on the first mountain stage.Seems to be working, or maybe he's a
day early, not an exact science, shamanism.....
