In the slow motion shot in Susan's video, it's clear that Bos grabs hold of the jersey and hurls him forward. You can see the fabric stretch on the shoulder.

If the race jury decides to do nothing, I hope there's posse retribution in Bos's future. That kind of dangerous behaviour is not welcome in the peloton.
