I saw a report on Rich recently on a dope control at home. They didn't show
how it was divided. Neither did they show how he peed, but according to the
commentary the UCI dude was right there, so the rider can't cheat. I would
assume the rider would do the same for the division of the probe (or does it
himself). They had two jars that the rider both sealed himself. One was for
the A and one for the B probe. It's pretty clever to use two jars for that
right away and then seal them. I don't know what kind of seal it was, but I
am sure if the riders thought those seals were not break-proof they'd be in
court over it.
