i was thinking, it's like Gap has a curse on it or something. Like Le Pur En Velay- every time they do a stage there in Paris Nice, something terrible happens. Kivilev died, and then the next time they did a stage there it was cancelled because of snow (hardly on the same scale, admittedly). But it's like the Bermuda triangle or something!
