I heard it mentioned that about 80% of the voters who voted for Bush claimed to be 'Born again' Christians. Tell me how their mothers pull that one off and what the intellect of the self righteous one is.
I stand with the low I.Q. voters being responsible for this idiot.
I wouldn't mind a Republican if he had a fully functional brain.
Bush does not.

Bill, if you keep acting so willfully naive, I'm gonna have to quit
schooling you on this stuff. Do the math - don't believe every
political rumor you read. 80% of over half the voters in the US "born
again Christians"?

You're being led by the nose-ring by some political hacks who write
crap like you regurgitate above, and I really think you're smarter
than that.

I am sure hoping that was 'political hacks' because that number is too high for my comfort. In fact the whole born again thing just looks like one group of Christians trying to be holier than thou brethren.

I was sitting at a wedding reception in NYC shortly after the 2004
election, listening to a bunch of shocked NYC liberals (the worst kind
unless you include California - ;-)) whine about the outcome of the
election. They concluded that it HAS to be that everyone who voted
for Bush had to be uneducated and dumb. It never occurred to them
that their northeast urban sensibilities aren't applicable in the rest
of the country, and that we live in a richly diverse country with a
wide range of values. Guess that hasn't occurred to you either.

Of course, I should probably keep my mouth shut, since
misunderstanding this is why the Democrats keep putting up candidates
who can't get elected. ;-)

There is a chart floating around the 'net that shows the I.Q. of states from top to bottom. The second column shows who voted for Bush and the bottom 25 are almost all Bush. Statistics don't lie.
