I'd suggest going to your LBS and asking for them to verify your bike
fit. Tell them the kind of pain you experience. These days they've
got some pretty good tools for giving you a near-professional fit
without the expense. At the very least it's a good sanity check.
My LBS does this kind of thing for free. A guy spent about 20 minutes
with me and my bike on a trainer, fine-tuning the adjustments, no
charge. Of course, it helped that I went there mid-morning on a
Thursday. Plus I'll be sure to buy stuff there instead of at Nashbar
for awhile.
