It looks OK, but maybe too much or too little depending on things.
Give it a shot and see what happens.
The best way is to wear layers and stuff that is easy to remove or add on
things as needed.
Arm and Leg warmers are nice to have around.
Shoe booties or shoe covers may be needed too.
