Including those in SE Asia in the 1960's that america bombed, the residents
of East Timor that america gave the Indonesian government permission to
slaughter, the 500,000+ who died in Iraq due to deliberate targeting of
power generation and water treatment facilities and sanctions, etc.?

Denmark, has regular church attendance by about 2% of the population.
