If you are buying regular, (at least in the US), it is supposed to have
an octane rating of at least 87. Either the octane is normally higher,
or it's dropped below 87.

The new job is almost in bicycle range for me (but not DW). Old job
was 25 minutes further away, so even if we weren't carpooling, I'd be
using less gasoline.
